Shipping Policy – The Reeling Church Co.

At The Reeling church co, we aim to get your items to you quickly, safely, and reliably so you can get out on the water without delay.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 1:00 PM PST] will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Free shipping over $100.00 spent on most merchandise, rods, tubes, and oversized packages are excluded. Packaging and special handling fees will apply to all over sized items.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

We currently ship to:
- United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
At this time, we do not ship to:
- International destinations
- P.O. boxes (if applicable—customize as needed)

The Reeling church Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
